That's the default behavior & speed of the cpu fan. 2700 rpm is no big deal unless you stay at places that are super quiet. WebThat all seems normal. Unfortunately, as you can see in the attached image, the fan RPM oscillates back and forth between ~2000 RPM and ~4000 RPM every couple seconds. This causes the GPU to go back and forth between fairly-loud and jet-engine loud in a distracting and concerning manner. Has anyone seen this behavior before?
