WebJun 12, 2005 · The kickdown cable made a big difference. Under normal acceleration the shifts were noticably more firm, and when I was at speed and jumped on the throttle...OH YEAH! It kicked into 2nd and away we went. I say it is worth the $75- $80 that I paid for everything. I very happy with it. OH yaeh and I didn't need to do anything to the Gas pedal.
