Well I like flare effect to much to watch it suck. I have changed flare to do 2.625 times damage on armor (same as warp with 75% armor bonus). WebNo, WARP won't be improving your speeds. VPNs inherently lower speeds and CloudFlare claims a possible speed increase due to ARGO, but that increase might only show any effect over long distances (like Asia to USA).
