WebHello r/Bittboy friends. I picked up a PlayGo this week and am really impressed with this little device. I managed to update the firmware to the latest Rogue v1.0.9 version and get all my emulators and ROMs installed. One thing I found a bit lacking is the UI experience for launching favorite games. WebSo i usually play on Android with controller but im thinking of getting my first knockoff handheld. What should i get? BittBoy version 2 or Retromini? I usually play gba, nes, snes, gb and gb color games.

WebJust "reflashed" my freshly received Bittboy V3 by just deleting old folders (except ROMS) and replacing files on both volumes with those from zip. Not sure which version was installed there before, but all working without flashing FW3.6 first. Thanks a lot for all those fixes! Much better now. In a review I saw it stretches the gameboy aspect but there's an option to use the original aspect, getting black bars on the border. WebI've actually solved that issue. There's a folder named ".temper" - one with the dot. "syscards" directory there. Put your syscard3.pce there. Then on the bittboy you run a .cue file of the game you want directly, press R, set "CD ROM System" to acd, then "Restart game". Hope it helps you! Unfortunately for me, i apparently have a model 2.5 and just putting in an sd card with some roms on it doesn't work.
